Maybelline Baby Lips in Mint Fresh

Today I’ll tell you about yet another lip balm I bought… As I don’t have may be 20 lip balms all around in my house, in my purse …

I was walking through a DM looking for new gel cleanser and I saw that Maybelline now have the Baby Lips here. I don’t know if may be I’m late to the party. They had may be 4-5 different ones. I saw that they had a mint one and I grabbed it. I love everything mint flavored!

Now, for the product itself

First the packaging. It’s lime green with purple writing.

The actual product is clear. It doesn’t have any color.

Most of the opinions i've heard were negative, but I find it really nice! It stays on my lips quite a long time, also it makes them hydrated and soft. 

Now, the only thing I don’t like about it. And it’s only for the mint flavored one. The smell...

Yes, okay I said I love mint flavored things, but this one.. oh god…  Do you remember the really cheap Vaseline for lips that our grandmothers used? They smelled exactly the same! That.. really sugary, sweet, minty smell…. Ah ..   

Now, I’ve had other mint flavored lip balms, and they all smelled ..divine! But this one ... no..!

So, to sum it all up, I like the actual product and how it makes my lips, but I HATE the smell of this one!

I think I’ll try another flavor and like it a lot more.
